Hi All,
Have attached the Winter Junior 2014 Programme for you all (Will have printed copies by the 30th of April for you all.), Peake Gardens Riverside Tennis Club has entered three teams, Division One & Three for the Boys, plus Division One for the Girls.
As we have all join a new Junior winter season run by the SDTA we will have a new programme & Scoresheets plus folders that will be supplied by me before the start of the first matches, and all three team are playing away in the first week.
First Match is the Saturday the 3RD of May 2014 and squads are as listed;-
Division One Boys are playing Kingswood at Batchelor Reserve, Norseman Ave, Westbourne Park at 8.30am with;- Akash Jacob, Tom Smedley, Ben Wellington, Alex Haskell out with injury so Sam Tarrant or Griff Blewett who are filling-in for this team only will play in Alex place? (Kingswood team finish 7 out of 8 teams in the SDTA Premier Boys Division last Summer.)
Division Three Boys are playing O”Halloran Hill at the Cnr of Serpentine Rd & Chandlers Hill Rd, O”Halloran Hill at 8.30am with;-Michael Skouronounis, Adash Jacob, Pierce Hynes, Jackson Brindley.( Fredrick Oliver to fill in when required.) (O’Halloran team played SDTA Division two last summer season and finish 5 out 8 teams.)
Division One Girls are playing Dover Square at The Broadway, South Brighton at 8.30am with;- Caitlyn Hedger, Janye Hedger, Samantha Ramm, Jemina Hedger.( Dover Square team was runner up in the GDTA Division one last summer season.)
As this is Winter Tennis season, each team must fill out a score sheet and record each team on both, scores added up and each team must sign both score sheets as correct, then they must be delivered to my Letter box by Saturday night so I can enter the scores in Result Vault & post the score sheet by Sunday to the recorder.(Fines if not done, also no Premiership points for your team!)
Will not be chasing score sheets from any teams this winter season so please follow these simples rules or your team mates will miss out on premiership points and you may as well as stay in bed!!
Ok will contact all players listed over the next week & half to confirm you are all ready to play the first match and may the slug be with you!
